The apartment is perfect for two, but can sleep up to four people comfortably. This Tuscany vacation rental includes almost everthing Included are: Utilities - electricity and gas for cooking, hot water. Towels & bed-linen: Weekly supplies of clean bed linen, bath, kitchen and swimming towels. Cleaning - final cleaning plus weekly cleaning for stays of more than 1 week, if requested. Welcome pack: a generous complementary ‘welcome pack’ of groceries to make an evening meal and breakfast in case you haven’t been able to stock up on your way here. Basic essentials - the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with all basic essentials such as; bathroom – soap and toilet paper, kitchen – salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, flour, rice, herbs and spices..... The only additional cost - is central heating sometimes needed during the cooler months in spring and autumn, and in winter. Cost is €15 per day.

Rental period: runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival – 16.00 to 19.00: Departure – by 10.30: other times by arrangement. Deposit: payment of 30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is to be paid on arrival. 100% payment is requested on booking if 6 weeks or less before rental starts. On payment of the deposit directions will be sent on how to get to the property. Returnable security deposit: € 200 to be paid on arrival; will be reimbursed, after satisfactory inspection of the apartment, on departure.
